Those who wish to study at the Nakhchivan State University should fill out the application form and send them to the following email address: .


Upon receipt of the request, they should pay the tuition fee to the shown bank account and submit an electronic copy of the receipt to the e-mail address of the Distance Learning Center.


Your name will then be included in the student list and your username and password will be sent to your email address.


In order to complete the educational process in a timely manner, you must meet the requirements of the curriculum regularly.


Those wishing to study should submit the following documents:


  • Application form (filled out);
  • Electronic form of documents (diploma or certificate) depending on the level of education and a transcript/record of your previous courses
  • Electronic version of a copy of a national passport and identity card (birth certificate for juveniles)
  • Electronic version of 3x4 size photo



Upon receipt of a positive response to the application, the notarized copies of the documents should also be sent by post to the University.
