The Service of Resource Managers operating within the Teaching Chair of Nakhchivan State University ensures the organization of the teaching process in the university according to modern standards, the effective management of teaching resources and the uninterrupted integration of the teaching environment with the ICT infrastructure in the faculties.
The Resource Managers Service, which bases its meetings and activities on the principles of flexible management, consists of 7 employees and operates under the leadership of the director, Zamin Aliyev. In order to improve the effectiveness of the educational process, each resource manager is assigned to the relevant faculties of the university.
Main Areas of Activity and Work to be Done
1. Learning Resource Management and Technical Support:
To control the provision of classes and auditoriums with ICT equipment (projectors, electronic boards, computers, audio-visual systems) in the assigned faculties and to ensure that they are in working order.
Promptly eliminate technical problems that arise during the educational process or refer them to the relevant structural units (ICT department).
2. Management of Electronic Learning and Registration Systems:
Oversee the timely updating of teaching materials, subject programs and resources on the university's e-learning platforms (LMS, student/teacher personal cabinets, spreadsheets, etc.).
Provide methodical and technical support for the effective use of electronic educational resources by the academic staff.
3. Organization of Teaching and Material-Technical Base Intensity:
To organize the correct and efficient distribution of classroom and laboratory resources in the faculties according to the lesson schedule.
Identifying the material and technical equipment needs during the academic year and semesters and submitting a report to the Education department.
4. Communication with Academic Staff and Students:
To play an operational coordinating role in the management of teaching resources between the faculty administration, departments and the Teaching department.
Provide instructional support to teachers and students on newly applied electronic systems and teaching technologies.
