221 students and medical residents of NSU are starting the summer internship program in 6 prestigious universities of Turkey

In accordance with the cooperation agreements and memorandums of understanding between Nakhchivan State University and Istanbul-Carrahpaşa University, Ankara University, Gazi University, Dokuz Eylül University, Akdeniz University and Black Sea Technical University of the Republic of Turkey in the 2025/2026 academic year, NSU in relevant specialties studying students will have a summer internship at the mentioned higher education institutions on July 6-17, 2026.
Within the framework of this program, which serves the development of international academic cooperation, the high-level organization of the internship process, students' theoretical knowledge and practical skills In order to strengthen, ensure full and high-quality mastery of the internship program, coordinate their activities, monitor compliance with attendance and disciplinary rules, as well as promptly solve organizational issues that may arise, supervisors-curators were appointed according to the distribution approved by the university and involved in the performance of relevant duties.
221 students and medical residents studying Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Psychology, Public health and Military medicine will participate in the summer internship program.
Note that the mentioned program is important in terms of expanding the international relations of Nakhchivan State University, familiarizing students with modern medical practice, developing their professional knowledge and skills, as well as further strengthening Azerbaijan-Turkey higher education cooperation. 21 members of the teaching staff of the Faculty of Medicine of Nakhchivan State University will participate in the professional development program organized in Istanbul-Carrahpaşa, Ankara, Gazi, Dokuz Eylül, Akdeniz and Black Sea Technical Universities of the Republic of Turkey within the framework of the 2025/2026 academic year.
The main goal of the program implemented within the framework of international academic cooperation is to improve the professional knowledge and skills of the teaching staff, to study modern teaching and clinical practice, to expand scientific cooperation and to contribute to the application of advanced international practice at the university.
