A jubilee event of a well-known surgeon was organized at Nakhchivan State University

Rector of the university, Elbrus Isayev, who gave an introductory speech at the event, spoke about the importance of organizing jubilee ceremonies of valuable scientists at the higher education institution. Appreciating Jabi Ismayilov's efforts in building the University Hospital and his teaching activities at the Faculty of Medicine, the rector spoke about his services in the field of healthcare in the autonomous republic. It was noted that Jabi Ismayilov, who distinguished himself in the scientific environment of the university with his signature, was distinguished in the social and political life of the higher education institution with his own style. It was pointed out that his activities in the field of medicine for more than 50 years have always been highly appreciated by the state and the well-known surgeon was awarded the honorary title of "honorary doctor".

The rector congratulated the jubilee and presented him with an honorary diploma of the university and bouquets of flowers. It was reported that the surgeon, who is a professional in his work, is working in the autonomous republic and gaining respect among the population is the result of years of hard work.

Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Ilhama Mustafayeva, spoke about Jabi Ismayilov's support and scientific-pedagogical services at the faculty from the first years of her medical career. It was noted that Doctor of Philosophy in Medicine, Associate Professor Jabi Ismayilov is the author of many scientific articles in 1 monograph 60.  

Associate professor of the chair of general medicine and clinical sciences Elmar Rzayev talked about the life and scientific activity of the jubilee. He pointed out that Jabi Aziz oglu Ismayilov was born on March 22, 1949 in the village of Ashaghi Kishlaq, Shahbuz district, in an intellectual family. His diligent and responsible approach to his educational life and his interest in the medical profession led him to study at the Azerbaijan Medical University. He has been a doctor since 1972, and since 2014 he has been successfully working at the Faculty of Medicine. It was reported that Jabi Ismayilov gained fame as a surgeon not only in the autonomous republic, but also in the capital Baku and brother Turkey. The professor spoke about the successes and sincere friendships he gained during his difficult and laborious career as a doctor.

"If we compare the health care of the Autonomous Republic to a ring, the pocket doctor is the most valuable part of that ring," Nazakat Gulmammadova, the doctor of the Perinatal Center, began her speech. He said that he always felt the support of Jabi Ismayilov throughout his work.
