A meeting dedicated to Azerbaijan Youth Day was held at NSU

A meeting with students was organized at the Social Service Center of Nakhchivan State University on February 2 - Azerbaijan Youth Day.

Before the meeting, there was a viewing of the exhibition consisting of diplomas and trophies of young people who achieved achievements. Later, the rector of Nakhchivan State University, Elbrus Isayev, made a speech and discussed the state's concern for the development of students and youth. He said that the youth policy founded by National Leader Heydar Aliyev is being successfully continued by President Ilham Aliyev. The "State Program for the socio-economic development of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic for 2023-2027" implemented as a part of this policy expands the educational and career opportunities of young people. The opening of new majors at the university, the introduction of international programs, and the opening of an English-language secondary school provide opportunities for young people to acquire global knowledge and skills. The creation of SABAH groups, the implementation of dual diploma programs, the opening of the English-language Gymnasium and Cambridge school under NSU increase the opportunities for access to education not only for students, but also for students at the international level. Emphasizing that the success of university students is always in the center of attention, the rector said that on the occasion of February 2 - Azerbaijan Youth Day, ten outstanding students will be given the opportunity to rest for 3 days at the Agbulag Recreation Center and congratulated all the young people and wished them a happy youth, health and a successful future.

          The other speakers are the Chairman of the Student Trade Union Committee Huseyn Imanov, the Chairman of the Student Youth Organization Kamal Yusif Mirzazadeh, Chairman of Nağıli and Student Scientific Society, said in his speech that last year was a year full of success, and drew attention to the active activities of students in various categories during the year.       

Then certificates were presented to the students who distinguished themselves in the social life of the university.
