With the support of the Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IRIA) and the sponsorship of the "PASHA Holding" Group of Companies, a meeting was held between Nakhchivan State University and "Holberton School Azerbaijan". emphasized the importance of young people acquiring modern IT knowledge in the era of rapid development of digital technologies. The rector gave information about the Innovation, STEAM and ICT centers operating at the university and talked about the steps taken by the higher education institution in this direction. He also touched on the projects to be implemented within the framework of the cooperation memorandum signed between the university and the National Center for Artificial Intelligence.

Elbrus Isayev said that information technology specialties have become one of the main basic directions in higher education and noted that the work done in this field is adapted to the requirements of the modern labor market.

 The director of "Holberton School Azerbaijan" Shamsi Bayramzade gave information about the activities of the school and the opportunities provided by it. He said that "Holberton School" is an international technology school based on the educational methodology formed in the United States, operates in many countries of the world and offers global certification and career opportunities in addition to gaining modern IT knowledge.

The director noted that the 100% scholarship IT programs implemented by "Holberton School Azerbaijan" are a unique opportunity for young people who want to develop themselves. This model gives students not only theoretical knowledge, but also skills that can be applied in a real work environment.

The main directions of the project include "Python Backend", "Cybersecurity", "Machine Learning" and "Training of Trainers" programs. The evaluation system is fully automated. It was reported that the project continues in two main directions and operates in a platform format.
