A Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation was signed between the National Observatory and Nakhchivan State University

NDU Rector  Elbrus Isayev  evaluated the meeting as a very significant and important cooperation. He talked about the multifaceted personnel training of the university and emphasized that his expectations are high as an interested and proactive party in improving the success indicators of graduates in the labor market. He drew attention to the importance of state-university-industry cooperation.

NMR ESM Deputy Minister, Acting Minister Farid Bagyrzade  about his activities in the direction of organizing work with young people, their formation as professional staff, and at the same time ensuring the employment of highly educated young people entering the labor market. mentioned. He emphasized that the university-industry cooperation is an important contribution to the economic development of the country and increasing the potential of the labor force, and noted that the cooperation is aimed at training competitive personnel in the labor market. At the same time, he emphasized that surveys and studies were conducted by the institution in the field of assessing the current and prospective state of the labor market in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, determining strategic employment areas, and their future development trends, and there are preliminary results. He added that joint cooperation with the university will lead to more successful results in the future.

In the meeting where mutual cooperation was discussed, joint studies, analyzes and investigations were conducted in the fields of measuring the employment level of NSU graduates and analyzing the state of adaptation to the labor market. views were exchanged. At the same time, the analysis of the labor market taking into account the quantitative and qualitative parameters, and the determination of the future qualifications and the competencies required by the modern business world, were voiced. Also, the organization of joint scientific conferences and analyses, the benefit of the National Observatory from the scientific and research-innovation infrastructure of NSU, and many other issues were discussed between the parties. It was agreed to strengthen joint cooperation based on the mentioned topics. For this purpose, a joint memorandum was signed between NSU and the National Observatory by chairman Elnur Safarli and rector Elbrus Isayev. According to the memorandum, it is planned to organize and carry out joint work in other areas of mutual interest for both Parties.

At the end, with the cooperation between the National Observatory and Nakhchivan State University chairman Elnur Safarli and rector Elbrus Isayev  presented a mutual gift as a souvenir of the meeting and a photo was taken.
