A presentation of the book "Immortal Heroes" was held at Nakhchivan State University

The book "Immortal Heroes" dedicated to the memory of our martyrs by poetess Sevda Ibrahimli, a member of the Azerbaijan Writers' Union, was presented at the Scientific Library of the University.

First of all The dear memory of the martyrs who died for territorial integrity and sovereignty was commemorated and the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was played. The event was attended by the parents of the martyrs and intellectuals. href="https://ndu.edu.az/az/emekdaslar/nicat-yagubov" class="employee-link" title="Nicat Yagubov profile">Nicat Yagubov said that regular meetings are organized with families of martyrs and veterans. Their participation and noted that the first school day of each semester is specially dedicated to our martyrs. He pointed out that the book "Immortal Heroes" provides detailed information about some of the martyrs of Nakhchivan and Mashtaga who bravely fought for the motherland and protected the motherland at the cost of their own blood. Director of the Scientific Library of Nakhchivan State University Khumar Mammadova called the information about the lives of the martyrs and the poems dedicated to them in the book an important source.  

Mais Gulmammadov, the chairman of the "Nakhchivan Martyrs' Families" Public Union, the father of the martyr Amin Gulmammadov, considered regular holding of such events at the university admirable. He stressed the importance of keeping the memory of all the martyrs alive. He noted that the information contained in the book about 177 martyrs is of particular importance in instilling a sense of patriotism. deputy Ali Alisoy emphasized the importance of always remembering the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the homeland. He spoke about the importance of such books that will immortalize the heroism of the martyrs.
