In the Scientific Library of Nakhchivan State University, a round table dedicated to the theme of patriotic ideas in "Molla Nasreddin" magazine was organized with the participation of teachers and students of the university's Faculty of History and Philology.

Doctor of Philology of the University, associate professor Iman Jafarli emphasized the national awakening and enlightenment mission of the magazine and noted that this magazine, published under the leadership of Jalil Mammadguluzade, made a great contribution to the formation of the national identity of the Azerbaijani people and the strengthening of patriotic feelings. Iman Jafarli  pointed out that "Molla Nasreddin" magazine not only criticizes the social and political problems of its time, but also inculcates the ideas of loyalty to the Motherland and protection of national values. According to him, the magazine's satirical language and bold criticisms were aimed at awakening the socio-political consciousness of the people and inspiring them to fight against injustice.>
