An educational event on human rights was held at NSU

An educational event on "Human Rights" was organized on June 5, 2026 at the International Relations and Law Faculty of Nakhchivan State University within the framework of "Human Rights Month" announced by the Human Rights Commissioner (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan on May 18-June 18 of the current year.   Deputy dean of the faculty Abbas Ahmadov opened the event and talked about the importance of the topic.

In his speech, Chairman of the Trade Union Committee of Nakhchivan State University, Aziz Gasimov gave detailed information about the essence of human rights, the history of development, international legal documents reflecting human rights, and thinkers whose works are related to human rights.
