An event called "Constitution: the basis of sovereignty, legal and democratic reforms" was held at NSU
At Nakhchivan State University, within the framework of the "Year of the Constitution and Sovereignty" and dedicated to November 12th Constitution Day, an event on the topic "Constitution: the basis of sovereignty, legal and democratic reforms" was held. Aziz Gasimov, the chairman of the Trade Union Committee of the university, who opened the event with an opening speech, said that such meetings are of particular importance in terms of increasing legal education among students and strengthening the concept of sovereignty in them.
The event continued with panel discussions. Shahriyar Aliyev, the judge of Khatai District Court of Baku city, doctor of law, acting as the chairman of the court, and Rafail Sadikhov, the judge of that court, made extensive speeches based on the questions addressed by the moderator. The strategic goals of declaring 2025 as the "Year of the Constitution and Sovereignty" were emphasized.
Also, the application of artificial intelligence technologies in the legal system, its potential opportunities in terms of automating court processes and reducing workload in the future were also discussed. The event continued with the active participation of students and interactive question-and-answer.
