An online cooperation meeting was held between NDU and UNEC libraries

On October 28, there was an online meeting between the Scientific Library of Nakhchivan State University (NDU) and the Library-Information Center of Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC). More than 100,000 of them are textbooks, textbooks and monographs. It was noted that the library operates from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. with 3 open and 2 closed funds and provides wide accessibility for users. Khumar Mammadova emphasized that the university has access to international scientific databases such as Taylor & Francis, Clarivate, ProQuest and EBSCO Information Services, and it is possible to connect to about 20 million electronic resources. He said that through the library.unec.edu.az portal, online services, e-library system and access to international scientific databases have been improved.

At the same time, Shahriyar Guliyev, specialist in digitization of NSU Scientific Library, made a presentation about international scientific databases. Within the framework of cooperation, future work, implementation of joint projects, strengthening of scientific information exchange and opportunities for digital cooperation were discussed. In this framework, scientific exchanges are expanded by exchanging books and resources. Also, the establishment of relations with foreign libraries of other countries is among the set goals.
