Elkhan Najafov, Minister of Education of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, met with students within the framework of the "Open Microphone" project at NSU

The Minister of Education of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Elkhan Najafov, Vice-Rector for Social Affairs and Public Relations of Nakhchivan State University Nijat Yagubov, employees of the ministry, teachers of the higher education institution and intern students participated.  

The meeting was moderated by Aynura Seyidova, the head of the university's career, experience and alumni work sector and gave detailed information about the project. The minister noted that important activities and joint projects are being implemented in the direction of the implementation of the Memorandum of Cooperation signed between the Ministry of Education of Nakhchivan MR and Nakhchivan State University. The "Open Microphone" project is also of special importance in this respect. At the meeting, Elkhan Najafov talked about the rules for the recruitment of teachers, brought to attention information about the innovations in this field, the demand for teaching staff for the 2025-2026 academic year and identified vacancies in secondary schools under the ministry.

Then the floor was given to the students. Students voiced their questions about the conditions created for teachers of general education schools, the points they should pay attention to in their future activities, vacant places in secondary schools, student-teacher relations and a number of directions. Nijat Yagubov, vice-rector for social affairs and public relations, gave a speech and evaluated the meeting positively from the point of view of the future careers of the students, and expressed confidence that the close relations between the two institutions will continue to progress with development dynamics.
