For the first time in Azerbaijan, the new logo and website of the Student Scientific Society of NSU was presented

The presentation of the new logo of the Student Scientific Society (TEC) and the website tec.ndu.edu.az was held at Nakhchivan State University. The new platform was jointly developed by TEC and the Chair of Information Technologies.

Vice Rector for Science and Innovation Elsever Asadov said in his speech that TEC is an important organization that serves to develop students' research skills. He noted that the institution, which has been operating for 56 years, has improved further with innovations in recent years. The vice-rector emphasized that the share of students engaged in scientific research in the last academic year was more than 20 percent, and this year the indicator is expected to increase even more. Elsever Asadov said that the new logo and website will stimulate students' scientific activity.

Head of the Information Technologies department Huseyn Askerli drew attention to the expansion of the digitization process at the university. He said that several new websites have been launched this year, and in 2026, separate websites will be developed for all faculties. TEC's new website has dedicated server space, and the platform will allow students to manage their academic work from a single hub. He noted that the site will facilitate electronic submission of articles and writings to the university management.

A video explaining the symbols of the new logo was also shown at the event.

TEC Chairman Yusif Mirzazade said in his speech that the organization is active in 5 social networks and the new site combines all the mechanisms of TEC on one platform. The site has 10 sections, including institutional structure, article reception, student offices and scientific research. He added that a special section was created so that departments could submit documents electronically.
