In the framework of the "Career marathon - 2025" project, the training "Journey to success: Career marathon" was held at Nakhchivan State University.

At the Faculty of International Relations and Law of Nakhchivan State University, in order to support the career development of students, the training called "Journey to Success: Career Marathon" was organized by the "Alokaryera" center. it is important not only to acquire information, but also to build their future careers. He emphasized the special role of such trainings in the future planning of students.

Then, Sabina Siracova and Aytan Rashidli, senior specialists of the Service Development Chair of the Central Career Branch of the State Employment Agency, made a presentation on "Labor market requirements and professional trends". They gave detailed information to the students about the challenges of the labor market, modern professional skills, required qualifications and career building.

The training continued interactively and a mutual discussion was held with the students. The instructors answered the students' questions and listened to their opinions.
