A meeting was held at Nakhchivan State University with the delegation led by Professor Hamlet Isaxanli, the founder of Khazar University. At the meeting held at the International School operating under the university, views were exchanged on issues of higher education development, science and creativity, modern educational approaches and inter-university cooperation.
Rector of Nakhchivan State University, Elbrus Isayev, who opened the event with an opening speech, welcomed the guests and emphasized the importance of cooperation between Nakhchivan State University and Khazar University, which has been ongoing for many years, and said that joint initiatives and mutual exchange of experience have yielded beneficial results for both higher education institutions.
The meeting continued in the format of an interactive conversation with Professor Hamlet Isakhanli, moderated by Associate Professor Arif Agalarov, Dean of the Faculty of History and Philology.
In the meeting, which was remembered for sincere and interesting discussions, Professor Hamlet Isaxanli shared his thoughts about his rich life, his scientific and pedagogical activities, his experience in the field of education, as well as the world of creativity. The scientist exchanged ideas with the participants on topics such as the challenges facing education in the modern era, the formation of scientific thinking, the importance of reading, and the personal development of young people. During the meeting, attention was paid to the multifaceted creativity of Hamlet Isaxanli.
Aygun Gardiner Isayeva, director of "Dunya School" LLC operating under Khazar University, head of Nailekhanim Foundation, also spoke at the event. He shared his memories of Professor Hamlet Isakhanli's life and work, and talked about Naila Khanim Isayeva's contributions to Azerbaijani education. During the speech, brief information was given about the scholarship program named after Nailekhanim. After that, a video dedicated to the life and activities of Mrs. Nailekhanim Isayeva was shown.
The meeting, held in the unity of science, education and creativity, aroused the great interest of the participants and was remembered for mutual exchange of ideas and sincere discussions.
