"Machine learning and data science in engineering majors" was held as part of the International Training Month at NSU

A presentation on "Machine learning and data science in engineering majors" was held in the Scientific Library of Nakhchivan State University as part of the International Training Month with the participation of Associate Professor of Computer Engineering Chair of Igdir University Murat Karakılıç.

Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Engineering of NSU Javanshir Zeynalov spoke at the event and emphasized the importance of international trainings organized at the university, he noted the importance of such events in terms of increasing practical knowledge for students and teachers.

Trainer Murat Karakılıç gave detailed information about the concept, goals and types of machine learning. He explained the role of data science in machine learning and presented examples of detection of bearing faults in engines based on phase memory.

Later, a letter of thanks was presented to Professor Murat Karakılıç on behalf of Nakhchivan State University for his contributions to scientific activity and international cooperation.
