"Pearls of Joy" concert program dedicated to May 28 - Independence Day
A concert program dedicated to May 28 - Independence Day was held by the Nakhchivan Music College "Sevincin Incilari", which operates under Nakhchivan State University.
The event organized in the Heydar Aliyev Palace was realized under the artistic direction of Sevinj Babayeva, teacher of Nakhchivan State University, winner of the Grand Prix of the Republic of Azerbaijan and international competitions, winner of the Presidential Prize. The event was attended by professors and teachers of the university, students and representatives of the public.
First, director of the Nakhchivan State National Drama Theater, winner of the President's Prize, Mir Gabil Akbarov spoke about Sevinj Babayeva's artistic activities, creative achievements and high-level performances she performed in front of the audience.
A colorful repertoire of national and foreign music was presented in the concert program. "Zangazur", "Butterfly" by Vugar Jamalzade, "Vatan", "Georgian Dance" by Mahira Nagygiz, "Chan Brother", "Chahargah" by Fuad Musayev, "Mard Adam", "Dele Kucolo" by Vugar Shiriyev, "Nakhchivanim", "Bahar Hora" by Elnur Nakhchivanli, "Eagles of the Turk", "Bella Ciao" by Shakir Guliyev. ("La Casa de Papel") and the Azerbaijani folk song "Nargila" were presented to the audience.
The event ended with the performance of Elchin Jafarov's song "O tay, bu tay Azerbaijan" - performed by a collective of 75 people.
The concert program was presented with the participation of various musical numbers, choir, vocal and dance groups.
At the end, flowers and various gifts were presented to Sevinc Babayeva. The concert program was met with great interest and applause by the audience.
