Plenary sessions of the International scientific-practical conference "Innovations in Dentistry" were held at NSU
On May 20-21, an international scientific-practical conference dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Faculty of Medicine of Nakhchivan State University was held on "Innovations in Dentistry". Actual topics were discussed in the plenary sessions of the conference jointly organized by NSU and the Azerbaijan Public Union of Implantologists.
The second part of the plenary speeches was attended by the lecturer of the Chair of "Mouth, Dental and Maxillofacial Surgery" of Istanbul Aydın University Faculty of Dentistry, associate professor Elchin Badaloglu and the Azerbaijan Public Union of Implantologists. Chairman, Doctor of Philosophy in Medicine Jabbar Hasanov moderated.
Dental physician Gadir Rustamov "The importance of dental photography in implantation", Restorative dentistry doctor Ilkin Babakishiyev "Anterior restorations for an aesthetic smile: minimum intervention, maximum result", Azerbaijan State Associate Professor of the Institute for the Advancement of Physicians, Doctor of Philosophy in Medicine, implantologist Rashad Abishov "The role of dentists in the prevention of maxillofacial deformities", Ali Mammadov, a teacher of the "Stomatology" chair of NSU, "Documentation rules in orthodontics", and Nuran Bayramov, a teacher of the "Oral, teeth and jaw radiology" chair of the Aydın University Dental Faculty, gave a wide presentation on "Application of magnetic resonance imaging in the field of dentistry".
The two-day conference was a productive and useful platform for the participants in terms of interactive discussions, question-and-answer sessions and exchange of scientific ideas.
