Rashad Ibrahimov, founder of PMO.az Project Thinking Center, conducted training at NSU
At Nakhchivan State University, trainings are ongoing within the International Training Month. The next training was conducted by Rashad Ibrahimov, one of the leading specialists in the field of project management in the Faculty of Foreign Languages, the founder and director of the PMO.az School of Project Thinking. href="https://ndu.edu.az/az/emekdaslar/rajab-jafarli" class="employee-link" title="Rajab Jafarli profile">Rajab Jafarli introduced the guest to the participants and informed about his professional activity. It was reported that Rashad Ibrahimov has been engaged in project management in various fields for more than 20 years and has successful experience in this field both locally and internationally. He was a member of the jury committee of the PMO Global Awards competition, as well as a finalist of the All-Russian competition "Project Manager 2019". Rajab Jafarli noted that the importance of preparing and implementing projects in terms of the acquisition of the project culture of the academic staff in higher education institutions, as well as the implementation of innovative initiatives, is very important in modern times. He shared with the participants practical knowledge on project allocation, stakeholder communication, risk management, project planning and results evaluation. At the same time, he talked about the secrets of successful project management, the difficulties encountered based on real examples and their solutions.
