The Faculty of Medicine of Nakhchivan State University, representing our country for the first time in the European Association of Medical Students, won the associate member status

On May 8-12, the delegation of the EMSA student organization of the Nakhchivan State University Faculty of Medicine took part in the EMSA Europe organized by EMSA Europe in Tübingen, Germany, which was held at the Medical Faculty of the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen, which is ranked among the top 100 universities in the world, and at the faculty's CRONA hospital. Participated in "EMSA Spring Assembly 2024".

During the assembly, symposia and trainings were organized for medicalprofessionals. In addition, in the plenary session held in the main part of the event, discussions were held regarding the statute and regulations of EMSA, and the creation of new Faculty Member Organizations and country organizations was put to a vote.

Twining Market project was held on the 3rd day of the event. EMSA Nakhchivan  EIC (Pillars of European Integration and Culture) director Elif Aslan and EMSA Nakhchivan President, local coordinator Ali Alakbarli, represented our country at Twining Market and reached a preliminary agreement on cooperation with the Medical Faculty of more than 5 universities.

In addition, the social program of the event includes a city tour, song contest and competitions.
