The final conference of experiments related to the 2024-2025 academic year was held at Nakhchivan State University
Prior to the event, there was a viewing of the exhibition consisting of visual aids used by students in pedagogical practice during trial lessons and presentations prepared in group work with students.
Rector of Nakhchivan State University Elbrus Isayev emphasized that the conference has a special essence with its composition, it is not only the conclusion of experiences, but also important as a graduation event for graduates. The rector called the pedagogical and industrial experiences two important events in the life of the university and spoke about the theoretical and practical aspects of training qualified personnel. Rector: "As a higher education institution, we are interested in useful cooperation in training qualified personnel in accordance with the requirements of the labor market, and this year's II Career Fair has become an important platform in terms of facilitating the provision of jobs for graduates according to their qualifications. We have rich personnel potential. Even this year, we have such specialties that 50-60% of graduates were admitted to the master's level, which is an important indicator based on quality education." - he noted. Elbrus Isayev noted that continuous monitoring is carried out by the Chair of Strategic Development and Quality Assurance of the University during the teaching and practice process, all of which are aimed at further increasing the quality. The Rector congratulated the graduates and wished them success in their future activities.
Aynura Seyidova, head of career, internship and work with graduates sector of Nakhchivan State University, informed about the final report of internships for the academic year 2024-2025. It was emphasized that in the II half of this academic year, the participation of 1,544 students in the university experience was registered. Of them, 443 students were in pedagogy, and 1,101 students were in production experiences. 1,284 students participated in full-time, 191 part-time, and 69 additional and subgroup students. 1,101 students from 10 faculties in 54 different specialties took part in internships. The duration of internships was 4, 5, 14 and 20 weeks in different specialties. justify">443 students from 6 faculties, 18 majors, and 15 general educational institutions underwent pedagogical experience in pedagogical experiments. The duration of the experiment was 20 weeks. A total of 107 practice supervisors, 25 pedagogues and psychologists, and 15 school practice supervisors have been assigned to pedagogical practices. During this period, students conducted 14 trial lessons and organized 84 educational events. In the first half of the 2024-2025 academic year, 3 students majoring in "Veterinary Medicine" had an internship at Kars Qafqaz University of the Republic of Turkey. In the second half of that academic year, 20 students from 3 faculties completed an internship at the Black Sea Technical University of the Republic of Turkey, Kars Caucasus University, the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Heydar Aliyev Center, the Human Rights Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the Shams Translation Center. In the end, the number of students who did not pass university internships was 16 people.
Aynure Seyidova also drew attention to the innovations during her internship at the higher education institution. It was noted that for the first time in the 2024-2025 academic year, 39 students in 5 specialties were involved in the experience in the Supreme Assembly of Nakhchivan MR. Also, for the first time in the university, an electronic verification system was applied for attendance in pedagogical profile specialties, as well as in Computer engineering, History, Philology, Religious studies. width="450" height="300">
