The final event of the "StartupFest Nakhchivan" program was held with the organization of the Permanent Representation of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in Azerbaijan, the State Agency for Citizen Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the partnership of Nakhchivan State University. At the event organized at the Nakhchivan "ASAN service" center, there was a general video presentation about the program.

Deputy authorized representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Samir Seyidahmadli spoke about the importance of the project and wished success to the participants. He said that the implementation of the "StartupFest Nakhchivan" program is very important for the autonomous republic. The main goal of the project is to bring together young people with modern thinking and innovative ideas, investors and ensure communication between them. Thus, as a final result, conditions are created for the emergence of new startups. From this point of view, it is the main priority for startups to cover agriculture, education, green energy and other fields in Nakhchivan.

On the socio-economic development of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, approved by the Decree of the President of the country Mr. Ilham Aliyev dated June 5, 2023 Speaking about the implementation importance of the State Program for 2023-2027, the deputy authorized representative noted that the State Program includes the creation of a favorable business environment, the development of trade, export-oriented industry, the production and processing of agricultural products, as well as the support of startups in these directions. In this sense, the "StartupFest Nakhchivan" program is fully supported by the authorized representative office, and we believe that the projects included in the program will make an important contribution to the new stage of reforms in Nakhchivan. Conducting training for young people within the framework of the project, studying international experience will affect the correct direction of their careers. Such measures will be continued in the future. He said that this is his 4th visit to the autonomous republic. The trainings held within the framework of the "StartupFest Nakhchivan" program have an important role in investigating problems in the field of innovation and reaching a unified conclusion. These trainings will lead to the development of both current and future generations by bringing out innovations. Deputy Chairman of the State Agency for Citizen Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Salmanov noted that the successful performances of Nakhchivan teams in all the projects organized so far are noteworthy. This also shows that there is a source of ideas here, and its development can lead to high results. "StartupFest Nakhchivan" is the second festival, the first one was held in Ganja. Then the teams participating in the final stage of the "StartupFest Nakhchivan" program gave detailed information about the projects they prepared and answered the judges' questions.

According to the final assessment, the "Easy Agriculture" team of Nakhchivan State University won the first place.

"ScappMart" team was awarded II place, "FAYDA" team was awarded III place. The winners were awarded cash prizes.

Let's note that 14 teams with a total of 34 participants joined the competition within the framework of the "StartupFest Nakhchivan" program, which started on April 1 this year, after the registration and preliminary selection processes. During one month, a total of 29 trainings were held, 7 of which were in physical format, on various issues required to establish a successful technological startup for the selected teams. height="300">
