The II Education Managers' Forum was organized by the Target Group of Companies and hosted by the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University (ADPU), in which Nakhchivan State University was also a partner.

Rector of Nakhchivan State University Elbrus Isayev spoke at the panel session of the II Education Managers Forum attended by more than 400 participants at the Pedagogical University.

The main topic of the forum was the discussion of management, digital transformation and environmental responsibility. Rector of Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, Jafar Jafarov, who made a speech, emphasized that we have gathered today not only to reflect changes in education, but also to explore innovative ways to equip future generations with the skills and values necessary for global citizenship and national development. What we need to do is build a system that promotes critical thinking, innovation and lifelong learning. This system should be in line with both global trends and the cultural essence of our peoples.

Foreign and local speakers who participated in the event, including Professor Irfan Erdogan, Dean of the Faculty of Education of Bosphorus University of Turkey, Director of "Educo Group" Arjumand Ozayan, Rector of Karabakh University Shahin Bayramov, Rector of Sumgayit State University Rufat Azizov, Rector of Nakhchivan State University Elbrus Isayev and others took part in panel discussions. Isayev spoke as a guest at the panel on "Innovative management in practice". Problems in the field of education and their solutions were widely discussed among the panel participants and practical recommendations were given.
