The monograph "Sports and healthy lifestyle" was presented in the Scientific Library of NSU

In the Scientific Library of Nakhchivan State University, the presentation of the monograph "Sports and a healthy lifestyle" authored by Vidadi Salmanov, head teacher of the "Pre-call preparation and civil defense" department, was held.

Director of NSU Scientific Library, Doctor of Philosophy in Philology, Associate Professor Khumar Mammadova, Dean of the Faculty of Pedagogy, Doctor of Philosophy in Pedagogy, Associate Professor Veli Aliyev, Head of the "Pre-Call Preparation and Civil Defense" Department, Associate Professor Valeh Alikhanov, Head of the "Pedagogy and Psychology" Department, Doctor of Philosophy in Pedagogy, Associate Professor Taleh Khalilov and other teachers participated in the event.

The speakers shared their views on the monograph and emphasized the importance of the publication in terms of promoting sports and healthy lifestyle.

It was noted that in the monograph consisting of three chapters, the pedagogical and methodological bases of sports in the formation of a healthy lifestyle, the theoretical and methodological bases of mass sports, as well as the prospects for the development of professional types of modern sports in Azerbaijan and the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic were examined.

In the end, the author Vidadi Salmanov thanked the university administration, event participants and colleagues for the attention and care shown.
