The Ombudsman met with the members of the Femida Volunteers Organization

The Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Gunay Rzayeva held a meeting with the volunteers of the Nakhchivan representative office of the Femida Volunteers Organization within the framework of the "Legal Meetup" platform. >During the meeting, the Ombudsman gave detailed information about the history of establishment of the institution, directions of activity. The commissioner noted that special attention is paid to the implementation of legal education in order to develop legal thinking and legal culture in society, and in this regard, the Ombudsman organizes events dedicated to various topical issues of human rights. and stating that volunteering activities are given an important place, the Ombudsman informed about the volunteering program organized in the Office of the Ombudsman in order to use the potential of young people more effectively, inculcate in them professional habits and increase their practical knowledge, create conditions for the active participation of young people in all areas of society, and support the discovery of their creative and innovative potential.
