In the Scientific Library of Nakhchivan State University, the presentation of the textbook "Theory and teaching methodology of pre-conscription training of young people" authored by Nazim Hasanov, head teacher of the "Pre-Conscript Preparation and Civil Defense" chair of the Pedagogical Faculty, was held.
The Director of the Scientific Library, PhD in Philology, Associate Professor Khumar Mammadova, who opened the event with an introductory speech, spoke about the importance of the publication. It was stated that the textbook serves to educate young people in the military-patriotic spirit, prepare them for military service, as well as form the necessary knowledge and skills related to the defense of statehood.
The Dean of the Pedagogical Faculty, Doctor of Philosophy in Pedagogy, Associate Professor Veli Aliyev, Head of the "Pre-Call Preparation and Civil Defense" Department, Associate Professor Valeh Alikhanov, Associate Professor of the Chair Oktay Rzayev and Senior Lecturer Javanshir Zeynalli spoke about the content and scientific-methodological significance of the textbook. It was noted that the 9-chapter publication covers such directions as organization and planning of pre-service training, teaching methodology, material and technical support, topographical preparation, azimuth movement, civil defense, emergencies and first aid. The publication also contains information about pre-service teachers who died in the Patriotic War.
At the event, the children of the author, Melak Hasanova, Narmin Hasanova and Azad Hasanov, also spoke and congratulated their father on the occasion of the new publication and wished him success. His children presented the author with a bunch of flowers and various gifts.
In the end, the author Nazim Hasanov expressed his gratitude for the attention and support.
