XXVII Republican Scientific Conference of Doctoral Students and Young Researchers dedicated to the "Year of Solidarity for the Green World" was held at Sumgait State University. Rector of Nakhchivan State University, Elbrus Isayev, doctoral students and doctoral students participated in the event.

Emin Amrullayev, Minister of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, spoke at the conference and emphasized the importance of this event, which was organized for the 27th time. He noted that such events create conditions for the formation of strong and successful traditions in the field of science, as well as the creation of wide opportunities for young scientists. Stating that a number of important and successful steps have been taken in the direction of the development of science and education in the country, the minister assessed the creation of modern educational infrastructure, the expansion of international cooperation in universities and the strengthening of scientific research activities as one of the main priorities. and 251 of them were accepted. At the end of the event, young doctoral students and dissertation students of Nakhchivan State University Tabriza Bagirova, Talat Alizade, Amin Rashidov, Rauf Rzayev, Merhamat Bayramov, Narmin Heydarova and Aykhan Huseynli were presented with certificates for theses they presented. to discuss the results of scientific research conducted by young researchers and to stimulate their scientific creativity.
