Training on "Academic writing rules, scientific research methods and possibilities of using international scientific platforms as a source of information" was held at Nakhchivan State University.

The target audience of the training, jointly organized by NDU Master's and Doctorate Center and Technological Transfer and Innovations Department, were master's, doctoral students and young researchers. The training aimed at improving the audience's ability to conduct research lasted for three days. On the first day of the training conducted by Elnara Allahverdiyeva, PhD in Political Sciences, Head of the Technological Transfer and Innovations Department, academic writing rules, the formation of the IMRAD structure in scientific articles, and a number of requirements put forward by prestigious, international indexed journals for scientific works were brought to the attention of the training participants. In the course of the training, information was provided on scientific methods, which are one of the main pillars of scientific research works, and examples were presented. In the training, which was also attended by professors and teachers of the university, the classification of empirical and theoretical research methods applied in the process of acquiring scientific knowledge from various aspects, the mechanism of using them and the scientific approaches justifying this classification were discussed. At the end of the training, an interactive meeting was held on the structure and usability of international scientific platforms in order to ensure the publication of the research work in the right place. src="https://ndu.edu.az/storage/news-blogs/May2024/DSC_2840.JPG" alt="" width="450" height="300">
