Training on "Admission to civil service" was held at NSU as part of "Career Fair".

As we reported, within the framework of "Career Fair 2" covering the dates of June 10-12, a training on "Admission to civil service" was held at Nakhchivan Technical College under Nakhchivan State University. final year students participated.

Aynura Seyidova, head of the career, experience and work with graduates sector of the university, informed about the exhibition. He said that the purpose of the exhibition is to introduce students and graduates to opportunities in the labor market, to communicate directly with employing companies and organizations.  Also, it offers an opportunity to facilitate the employment of graduates according to their qualifications, expand career opportunities in the public and private sector, and form a reliable personnel base.

Hasanagha Huseynov, the chief consultant of the training and analysis sector of the civil service and personnel affairs chair of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was trained. The trainer made a detailed presentation on the nature of civil service, guarantees for civil servants, admission and examination stages, passing scores and evaluation criteria for job groups. He also talked about the main activities of the ministry and the efficient cooperation established with Nakhchivan State University. During the training, the advantages of civil service, new approaches, legal framework and future prospects were explained to the participants. The training was of particular importance for students in terms of increasing interest in the field of public administration and strengthening motivation in this direction. >It is organized by the Authorized Representation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Autonomous Republic of Nakhchivan, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Nakhchivan, the City Executive Power of Nakhchivan and the State University of Nakhchivan.
