"Volunteerfest" camp was organized on the occasion of December 5 - International Volunteer Day

On the occasion of December 5 - International Volunteer Day, a camp called "Volunteerfest" was organized in Agbulag Recreation Center with the joint organization of Nakhchivan State University and the Council of Trade Unions of Nakhchivan MR

NSU in the camp THİK, Volunteers from student organizations such as EMSA participated.

On December 5 - at the opening ceremony of the camp, Nakhchivan State University vice-rector for social issues and public relations Nicat Yagubov Rector of NDU Elbrus Isayev conveyed his greetings and congratulations to the volunteers.

Nicat Yagubov said that today the university students participated in various projects, events and active participation in social actions serves to develop their initiative, team work, and leadership skills.

Later, Gunel Nur, head of the Press and Public Relations Chair of the Council of Trade Unions of the Autonomous Republic of Nakhchivan, head of the Council's volunteers, and head of the event organization and work with students sector of NSU, head of NSU volunteers Huseyn Imanov made a speech and emphasized that volunteer activity plays an important role not only in individual development, but also in the formation of a culture of social responsibility, unity and solidarity.
