With the support of the State Agency for Science and Higher Education, the 4-month specialist training program in scientometrics, jointly implemented by "Elsevier" and "Clarivate" companies for the first time in the Republic, has been completed.

We would like to inform you that the purpose of the program was to train specialists in the country who can apply and analyze scientific and bibliometric databases such as "Scopus" and "Web of Science" at an expert level.

Although 70 participants were selected from among 150 applicants, only 28 people successfully completed the program. At the final event of the program held on October 26, 2024 at Shabran Well-Being Resort Hotel with the participation of EATDA, Elsevier and Clarivate representatives, Imanov Huseyn Abulfaz oghlu, a senior specialist of the Chair of Technological Transfer and Innovations from Nakhchivan State University, teacher of the Chair of Chemistry, Ph.D. student Guliyev Shahriyar Jafar oglu was able to obtain a joint certificate from "Elsevier" and "Clarivate".
