Student guide
1.Application Process

2. Selection and Evaluation Process
An email is sent to the candidates who have successfully completed the application process with an invitation to the interview. confirms;
❖ Students must select the time slot for the interview from the Google Doodle form (1 available space for one student only);
❖ Interviews last 15-20 minutes;
❖ Interviews are conducted by the Chair of International Relations;
❖ Interview: Vice-Rector for International Relations, Head of the Chair of International Relations, Head of the Teaching Department, Head of the Quality Assurance Department and conducted by the commission consisting of the dean of the faculty where the candidate is a student;
❖ Interview criteria: students' self-expression ability, speech ability, patriotism, tolerance, outlook, knowledge of history, foreign language skills, general awareness of the Erasmus+ program, checking of knowledge about the host university; Stage
❖The overall interview grade will be averaged based on the individual evaluation of the commission members.
❖ Academic indicators will make up 40% of the total score. (To be clarified with the transcript) The minimum valid score for the application is 80.
❖ Social indicators will make up 40% of the total score (to be evaluated considering the compatibility with CV and cooperation with TGT)
❖ Interview results will make up 20% of the total score.
❖ Then a ranking list will be prepared based on top to bottom scores. As a result, higher ranked students (taking into account available places for mobility) will be eligible.
Ø Preparation for Mobility
· General Required Documents
The following documents should be prepared after the selection stage is completed and the results announced:
❖ Letter of Nomination (provided by the International Relations Department
❖ Application form (to be checked by the Chair of International Relations, signed by the student and the Chair)
❖ Language certificate (to be submitted by the Candidate)
❖ Passport (a copy of a foreign passport is required. If it is not available or has expired, the student must apply for a passport from the moment of being selected for mobility)
❖ Learning Agreement LA)
❖ Invitation letter (will be sent by the host university after sending the invitation letter)
❖ Grant Agreement (will be sent by the host university after sending the signed and sealed LA)
➢ Teaching Agreement (LA)
❖ First of all, the students accepted are provided with a specific LA template form for the university.
❖ Students must carefully fill in the required sections of the initial general information of the LA (about the student, sending and receiving institutions).
❖ Prior to mobility, students must fill in the section consisting of the “Educational Program of the Host Institution” and “Recognition at the Sending Institution”. they should choose the appropriate courses for mobility. Students can obtain this information from the website of the host university
❖ After these sections are properly filled out, the “Commitment” part of the LA is filled out and signed by the student himself and the head of the International relations department.
❖ The maximum deadline for completing this procedure and receiving a duly signed LA will be 1 week after the student has been selected for mobility.
○ Visa Procedure
❖ The visa procedure should start as soon as the student is selected for mobility.
❖ The student should contact the relevant embassy of the country.
