Rector Elbrus Isayev addressed the event called it. BP and the British Council's representation in our country valued the cooperation as useful and effective cooperation. In this context, the establishment of the IELTS Registration and Examination Center established in 2022 at NSU for the first time in Azerbaijan higher education, mthe English language skills of teachers said that the international level of education is an important result of the partnership.

Bakhtiyar Aslanbeyli, the Vice-President of BP for the Caspian region, expressed his satisfaction with the cooperation and said that it was a long-awaited meeting. NDU Vice Rector for International Relations Aida Jalilzadeh profile said that October 16, 2024 yearfor the teachers who will first participate in the training, "APTIS" diagnostic test was held. Then university's English language and teachers who teach in the majors taught in English lasting about five monthstparticipated in the hands. According to the program, teachers' theoretical knowledge and teaching skills of the English language have been improved. On this basis, their knowledge of writing, reading, listening, speaking skills, vocabulary and grammar was evaluated. Four trainers from the British Consulate have conducted online training based on the planned lessons. 120-hour online trainings have already started with the participation of 39 teachers. In the end, 28 teachers who successfully completed the trainings won the right to participate in the exam. On March 13-14, the final "APTIS" exam was held at the IELTS Center of NSU.  Mirzayev expressed his gratitude for the conditions created by the university for teachers.
