A cooperation protocol was signed between Nakhchivan State University and Duzce University
On October 31, a cooperation meeting between Nakhchivan State University (NDU) and Duzce University of Turkey was held at NSU.
Rector of NSU Elbrus Isayev at the meeting gave information about the history, development and activities of the university. It was emphasized that NDU, which has a modern type and multi-profile education system, is one of the country's leading higher education institutions with its modern campus located on an area of 108 hectares. Also, students from different regions of Turkey are selected by majority in the contingent of about 1800 foreign students from 23 foreign countries. The rector spoke about the university's multifaceted personnel training, and it was noted that NSU is training personnel for about 250 programs. International cooperation is strengthened on the basis of IELTS and SAT Registration and Examination Center, IBM Center, Technology Park and other structures and projects. Dual diploma programs and teacher-student exchange are being successfully implemented with domestic and foreign higher education institutions.
Duzce University rector Nedim Sozbir expressed his satisfaction with the meeting, shared information about the higher educational institution he leads, and expressed confidence that the joint cooperation with Nakhchivan State University will lead to successful projects in the future.
During the cooperation meeting, an agreement was reached on staff training at the doctorate level, joint scientific conferences and joint research, organization of double diploma awards, interaction of academic staff, expansion of teacher-student exchange. It is planned to mutually benefit from the scientific and teaching-innovation infrastructure of both higher education institutions, to organize joint work in other areas of interest. At the same time, mutual proposals were voiced for prospective activities within the framework of joint cooperation, especially the planning of artificial intelligence-based projects.
Then a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Nakhchivan State University and Duzce University, and a commemorative photo was taken.
