A consultation on Finance and Procurement strategy was held at Nakhchivan State University. At the event, the rector of the university, Elbrus Isayev, emphasized that the funds allocated to the university within the framework of the "State Program for the socio-economic development of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic for 2023-2027" were used effectively. It was noted that during 2024, priority was given to the principles of transparency and efficiency in the financial management of the university, modern teaching and research equipment was obtained by applying various procurement methods. In his speech, the rector specifically noted that the financial support provided by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the university made a significant contribution to the development of teaching and research activities.
