The Supreme Court of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic organized law days at the Nakhchivan State University

According to the memorandum of understanding on joint cooperation between the Supreme Court of the Autonomous Republic of Nakhchivan and Nakhchivan State University, law days were organized by the Supreme Court for students studying law at the University. On the first day of the three-day project, the judge of the Supreme Court of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Zamiq Aliyev, trained the students on "Specific features of resolving family disputes". In the training, the students were informed about the general characteristics of family legislation, the scope of legislative acts that should be applied to cases of family disputes, and the common judicial practice formed during the consideration of such cases.>The next day, students are provided to work with the presented case study. They worked in teams on a case related to a family dispute and answered questions related to the case in detail.

On the last day of the project, a discussion of the case worked on by the students took place. The judge of the Supreme Court of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Zamiq Aliyev, conducted a detailed analysis of the answers presented to the case with the participation of the students, and gave them the necessary explanations.>Let's note that the goal of the project is to improve the knowledge of law students in a specific field of law, to create habits of using theoretical knowledge in practice, and to encourage the development of students' basic skills such as critical thinking and legal judgment.
