A round table on "Constitution and Sovereignty: the cornerstones of national independence" was held at NSU

In the Scientific Library of Nakhchivan State University, a round table dedicated to constitutional and sovereignty issues was organized with the participation of teachers and students of the university's International Relations and Law Faculty.
