The book "Sovereignty's Victory Road: Realized Ideas, Legal Basis and Political Parallels" was presented at NSU.

In Nakhchivan State University, the presentation of the book "The Victory Road of Sovereignty: Realized Ideas, Legal Basis and Political Parallels" by Vafaddin Ibayev, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Institute of Law and Human Rights, Doctor of Philosophy in Law, was held.

The rector of the university, Elbrus Isayev, opened the event and emphasized the scientific-theoretical importance of the book and the urgency of systematizing the subject of sovereignty in legal aspects. The rector noted that the work presents the processes of modern statehood on an analytical level, brings new scientific approaches to the science of law, and especially makes an important contribution to the formation of political and legal thinking of students. He also appreciated the wealth of factual materials contained in the book and the sequential explanation of the topics, and touched upon its wide use in the teaching process.

During the presentation, it was stated that the main theme of the book is the 44-Day Patriotic War, the processes that took place during that period, and the analysis of the statements made by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev through the media during the war. The publication includes the assessment of the President's speeches on political, legal and informational aspects, as well as factual information about the realities of the war.

In his speech, Chairman of the Board of the Institute of Law and Human Rights, Mohammad Guluzade, emphasized the scientific value of the book to the study of the legal foundations of the concept of sovereignty. He noted that the author analyzed the concept of statehood within the framework of historicity, legal norms and political decisions, and revealed complete scientific results that resonate with modern legal approaches. According to Muhammad Guluzade, such scientific publications make an important contribution to the expansion of the analytical environment in the field of law and are distinguished by their relevance to the institute's research directions.

Student Scientific Society Chairman Yusif Mirzazade expressed his gratitude to the author, stressing that the book is an accessible scientific resource for students and plays an important role in the political and legal education of young people.
