"Artistic creativity competition-festival" dedicated to the 103rd anniversary of the birth of National Leader Heydar Aliyev was held at NSU

          The opening ceremony of the "Competition-festival of artistic creativity" dedicated to the 103rd anniversary of the birth of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, held at Nakhchivan State University, took place.

          First, there was a viewing of the exhibition consisting of students' paintings and decorative-applied art samples at the university's Art Faculty, and the guests were presented with various jewelry made of salt.

         At the entrance of the event, Great Leader Heydar Aliyev and Azerbaijan The memory of the martyrs who lost their lives for independence was commemorated with a minute of silence, and the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was played.

          Elbrus Isayev, rector of NSU, announced the "Artistic creativity competition-festival" dedicated to the 103rd anniversary of the birth of National Leader Heydar Aliyev among the students of higher educational institutions and welcomed the guests. In his speech, the Rector talked about the contribution of the competition-festival, which has become a tradition and is organized for the fifth time this year, to the development of our national culture. It was noted that such events play an important role in revealing the creative potential of students, discovering, evaluating and introducing their talents to the general public. emphasized that it serves to strengthen their attachment to our culture, art and national traditions. Then the competition started. Within the framework of the competition, performances of national and world musical instruments, artistic recitation, vocal, music and dance categories of participants were watched. Student solo performers, art reciters, amateur dancers and musicians, as well as orchestras and ensembles, dance groups demonstrated their skills. and evaluated in terms of performance quality.

          One of the most memorable moments of the event was the performance performed by a talented student with People's Artist Gulyanag Mammadova. This duet added a special color to the competition and created a good mood among the participants.

          It should be noted that the competition-festival is organized in different nominations and students who successfully pass all stages will be entitled to participate in the final concert.
