Training on the "Web of Science" platform was held at NSU

In the Master and Doctorate Center of Nakhchivan State University, Clarivate representative for Azerbaijan Iltifat Ibrahimov conducted a training on the Web of Science platform for the university's professors and teachers and researchers.

Director of the University Scientific Library Khumar Mammadova spoke at the opening of the event and informed the participants about the trainer. He noted that this training took place at the invitation of NSU. He emphasized the importance of such trainings for teachers and students conducting scientific research. The training consisted of both theoretical and practical parts. The training continued with a question-and-answer session.

The continuation of the training was held in the Scientific Library of the university for teachers and students of librarianship, as well as library employees. During the training, Iltifat Ibrahimov provided extensive information about the functionality, search algorithms, and opportunities for researchers of ProQuest Full-Text Academic Databases, ProQuest Dissertations and Theses Global, and Ebook Central Academic Book Database platforms. He also explained the rules of effective use of these databases and presented practical instructions on concrete examples. width="400" height="267">
