Nakhchivan State University Rector Elbrus Isayev said in his speech that it is the 5th anniversary of the complete restoration of the territorial integrity and state sovereignty of our country, and the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution, which is the legal basis of our independent statehood. the organization of such events on the eve of the anniversary is of great importance. The rector noted that such events make an important contribution to the formation of the young generation loyal to the national ideology, attached to the state and in a patriotic spirit. It was brought to attention that November 8 - Victory Day is a glorious page written in golden letters in the history of the Azerbaijani people. As a result of the bravery of the Brave Azerbaijan Army and the determination of the victorious Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev in the 44-day Patriotic War, the territorial integrity of our country has been completely restored, and today our tricolor flag is flying in all territories of Azerbaijan. Rector added that today's youth should understand the responsibility of living in an independent and prosperous country, should know our history and should be formed as educated citizens useful to the society. Because this historical victory was achieved at the cost of the lives and blood of the martyrs, and it is the duty of every Azerbaijani to keep their memory alive.
