The team of the Gymnasium under NSU won the 1st place in the "Scientists of Tomorrow" competition
NDU nunder English Orientation Gymnasium 14.0pt">'s team "Scientists of Sabah" won the 1st place in the final stage of the XV Republic Project Competition was seen and won a gold medal.
Huseyn Tahirov and Kanan, 11th grade students of the gymnasium Mammadzadepresented in the competition with an innovative project called "ReceptPlus" highly appreciated by the jury. The scientific leader of the project is Huseyn Imanov, the head of the chair of work with students and the organization of events, the teacher of the "Melioration and ecological engineering" department. 152 projects that successfully passed the selection stage (127 collective, 25 individual) participated in the final stage. Students of IX-XI grades presented their projects in 9 areas, including mathematics, physics and astronomy, chemistry, biology, medicine and health, ecology, engineering, computer science, robotics and artificial intelligence. He scored 291 points in the general secondary education certificate exam for the 9th grade and was awarded a red certificate.
Huseyn Tahirov represented our country in the Republic of Panama by winning 1st place in the "Robosports" category in the Azerbaijan final of the World Robot Olympiad. In the 10th grade, he won again the 1st place in the same category in the Republic and competed on behalf of our country in the final stage held in Turkey. Azerbaijan took 11th place among 110 countries in this Olympiad.
It also achieved success in various Olympiads and competitions: 4th place in mathematics in the Republican Subject Competition, 2nd place in the Autonomous Republic in the gymnasium entrance exam, 6 times victory in STEAM projects and "STEAM Azerbaijan 2022" festival.
Furthermore, he was the first student to advance to the final stage of the Republic Science Olympiad in Nakhchivan.
