Rector of NSU Elbrus Isayev received and congratulated the winner of the international FLEX program Nuray Jabbarli, a student of the IELTS Center.

Rector of Nakhchivan State University Elbrus Isayev received Nuray Jabbarli, a student of the IELTS Center. Rector congratulated him on the occasion of winning the FLEX program funded by the US State Department and wished him success in his future educational life. It has been operating since April 2022 with the cooperation of the British Council and Nakhchivan State University. Since the beginning of activity, more than 250 candidates have taken the exam and received an official IELTS certificate at the center. The Center makes the official IELTS exam available to all candidates, regardless of their residence or citizenship, residents of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. In addition to the IELTS center, the SAT registration and examination center has also been operating since 2023 in order to provide access to foreign exams and education at prestigious American and European universities. The Rector emphasized that both centers contribute to the development of the university and the region as a whole.

XI grade student of Nakhchivan Girls' High School Nuray Jabbarli said that he applied to the IELTS Center of Nakhchivan State University during the preparation for international education exams. Under the guidance of Bayram Aliyev, the coordinator of the center, he acquired English skills and strengthened his English.
