NDU Rector Elbrus Isayev met with Osama Nasirin, Rector of Jordan's Al-Al-Beit University, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the universities

#080809">Nakhchivan State University Rector Elbrus Isayev led the delegation of the university visited the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Rector Elbrus Isayev expressed his satisfaction with the meeting and shared his views on the development of relations in the field of education. He said that joint cooperation will be significant in the life of both universities, added that joint activities will lead to successful projects in the future, and that Jordanian students are interested in studying at NSU.  The Rector said that the relations between Al Al Beyt and NSU will bring new ideas and ideas in the development of science and education, and he pointed out that academic and student exchange, joint researches are planned, especially in the specialty of Arabic language. Rector Elbrus Isayev talked about the international cooperation of NSU and noted that the establishment of strong partnerships in the direction of internationalization, implementation of dual diploma projects, increasing the number of foreign students of the university and increasing the number of foreign professors involved in teaching and research are among the main goals. He said that NDU has direct relations with about 150 universities of the world, and according to theforeign student contingent, it ranks first among the universities of the country . Hnoting that about 2,000 foreign students from 15 countries are currently studying at the higher education institution, the rector noted that in addition to the Azerbaijani language, the university also offers specialties taught in English.

The Rector of Al-Al Beit University, Professor Osama Nasir, said that the meeting expressed the essence of creating and developing active relations between the two institutions in the fields of education, training and scientific research. Rector Osama Nasir assessed the joint activity to be established with NSU as an important and successful cooperation.

 In order to promote cooperation, a joint action is planned between the parties regarding the exchange of experience and joint scientific work, research, exchange of students and professors, organization of joint conferences and seminars, training in the "Arabic language" specialty of NSU and the involvement of teachers in the Arabic language center.
