On November 5, a conference called "Legacy of Victory" was held at Nakhchivan State University as part of the plan of events related to the celebration of the fifth anniversary of November 8 - Victory Day in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

In the framework of the conference, various panel discussions were organized with the participation of state and government officials, deputies, public representatives, university professors and teachers. speeches were heard.

In the speeches, the military-political, diplomatic, economic and cultural aspects of the historical Victory of Azerbaijan in the Patriotic War were investigated at the scientific level, and extensive research materials were presented on the new realities created by the victory and its role in establishing peace in the region.
