Preparation issues for the III festival-congress "Return to Western Azerbaijan" were discussed
Rector of Nakhchivan State University, representative of West Azerbaijan Community in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Elbrus Isayev held an online meeting dedicated to preparations for the III festival-congress "Return to West Azerbaijan" and current issues. Representatives of the West Azerbaijan Community from the regions of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic participated in the meeting.
Elbrus Isayev spoke about the successful results of the peaceful policy implemented under the leadership of Mr. President Ilham Aliyev and the work done in the direction of the realization of the Concept of Return to Western Azerbaijan, as well as the promotion of historical truths to the younger generation. According to him, holding the III festival-congress "Return to Western Azerbaijan" serves to ensure that the rich national and cultural heritage and traditions of Western Azerbaijan are not forgotten, as well as to study and research our history in depth. For this purpose, regional representatives should fulfill their duties responsibly, establish close contact with our compatriots from Western Azerbaijan, prepare for the display of their traditions, national costumes, folklore, and historical documents at the festival. 14.0pt">Each representative of the Western Azerbaijan Community in the regions of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic gave information about the work done and the tasks ahead, as well as the state of preparation for the festival-congress in the regions, and suggestions were discussed.
Finally, the rector of Nakhchivan State University, the representative of West Azerbaijan Community in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Elbrus Isayev, gave instructions to hold the festival at a high level. The rector said that special places have been reserved for each district at the festival-congress to be held in Ordubad district and spoke about the tasks ahead in preparing the plan of events for the districts to show their presentations separately. will be held in Ordubad region on 18-19.
