In "Lazzet Broiler" LLC, a seminar on the subject of State Sanitary Control in Nutritional Hygiene was taught to VI year students of the Faculty of Medicine of Nakhchivan State University, majoring in Medical Prevention. the presence of the DS, TC and recipe of the products, the presence of hygienic and compliance certificates, the presence of documents confirming the passing of medical examinations by employees, the provision of sanitary-living rooms for employees, sanitary clothes, the reception, cleaning, slaughtering, cutting of live chickens, the cultivation, packaging, freezing, cooling, storage and transportation (loading onto vehicles) of live chickens.
