A comprehensive conference was held at the Nakhchivan State Technical College in connection with the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
Before the conference dedicated to the 100th anniversary of independence, the guests visited the monument of the national leader Heydar Aliyev, laid flowers in front of the Great Leader's statue and expressed their respect. During the introduction to the Heydar Aliyev Museum, the guests were given detailed information about the photographs depicting the honorable life path of the prominent statesman, the stands dedicated to his childhood and youth, souvenirs and other valuable exhibits. A minute's silence was observed and the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was played.
Rector of Nakhchivan State University Elbrus Isayev welcomed the guests and noted that holding such conferences in the higher education institution is of high importance as a successful conclusion of the dynamic development path of medical education and modern health infrastructure built over many years.
It was emphasized that one of the main conditions for the development of healthcare is the quality organization of education. The Rector noted that holding such conferences is of great importance in the exchange of joint experience. Pointing out that the foundation of medical education in the autonomous republic is directly related to the name of the national leader Heydar Aliyev, Elbrus Isayev said that the medical staff of Nakhchivan is met by the Faculty of Medicine of the higher education institution.
