Nakhchivan State University organized a training on “Open Access and Open Science” within the framework of the DIRNA project. The training brought together academic staff and researchers to discuss the importance of institutional repositories in increasing international research visibility and strengthening academic collaboration.
During the session, participants were introduced to the principles of Open Access, Open Science practices, the benefits of institutional repositories, and international repository examples. Special attention was given to the role of repository systems in enhancing the accessibility and impact of academic research.
The training contributed to raising institutional awareness about modern repository systems and their significance in contemporary higher education and research management.
